I arranged to meet with Sarah and Ryan at the beginning of this year to discuss their wedding plans, and as I was walking in I was greeted with radiant smiles and warm hugs. Sarah and Ryan were incredibly sweet, and I immediately felt like I was sitting down to talk with old friends.
As we were talking, Sarah and Ryan told me they met three days after their college orientation at Purdue University. Sarah was attending school for her travel and hospitality major, and Ryan was attending to become an engineer. Despite both of them wanting to not be in a committed relationship in college, they became inseparable after their first date. Together they love to cook new types of food, and when I met them, they were learning to master the art of making tamales. Throughout our conversation, I could see how much they truly enjoyed each other's company, and I loved how much sentiment they were putting into every detail of their wedding.
June 17th, 2017 had arrived and despite the threat of rain, the sun was still shining brightly through a sky of puffy clouds. Sarah and Ryan were getting married at Green Valley Church of Christ.
When we arrived, Sarah was every bit the blushing bride as she was getting ready in the nursery of the church, and Ryan was coordinating the details and helping his groomsmen with their ties. When the time finally came for Sarah and Ryan to exchange vows in front of their friends and family, and I'm not sure I've seen another couple smile more than these two. Emjoy the photos from their wedding day below.
